Prior to our first workout, all clients will receive an email with a questionnaire and other important information regarding new workout program.
Program Breakdown:
- 12 sessions per month ($800) OR 8 sessions per month ($650) Dates/Time availability will be discussed with client and trainer (Not interested in a package? Hourly sessions/rates available at $100 per session)*
- Customized Nutrition Guidance + Choice of Four Week Meal Plan
- Customized Macro Breakdown (Protein, Carbs and Fats)
- Weekly Photo Check Ins
- Challenging but Fun Workouts
Group Training comes with everything mentioned above and is broken down into two categories: Partner Training (2 people per session) and Small Group (3 people minimum, 4 people max)

Pricing Break Down:
Individual Personal Training
$800 per 12 sessions
$650 per 8 sessions

Partner Training: (2 PPL)
$600 per person, per 12 sessions
$500 per person, per 8 sessions
Small Group Training (3 PPL MIN, 4 PPL MAX)
$450 per person, per 12 sessions
$375 per person, per 8 sessions
10 Sessions Zoom Training:
$650 per 10 Sessions
