From the beginner to the advanced athlete, everyone should include some sort of mobility or stretch routine into their workout. This mobility routine will consist of exercises and stretches that will help increase range of motion, flexibility and joint mobility, all which will help in injury prevention. For the advanced athlete, this will help with optimal athletic performance. Benefits of adding a mobility/stretch routine include:

Each session will last 30 minutes to an hour (depending on your mobility needs) and will focus on exercises and stretches that target: shoulders, low back, hips, hamstrings and ankles.
All levels of flexibility are welcome.
Before your session, you will be emailed a questionnaire which will better help me customize the mobility/stretching routine that will tailor towards your needs and goals.
